A refreshing summer time cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle white wine (Pinot Gris)
- 50 cl Prosecco
- 10 cl muscat
- 5 cl Gin
- 5 cl Cointreau
- 5 cl Peach liquor
- 10 cl liquid sugar
- 10 strawberries
- 100 gr raspberries
- 1 pear
- 1 peach
Utensils:
- 1 large recipient
Steps:
- Pour all liquids into the large recipient and mix.
- Cut the fruit in pieces and add them into the liquid mix
- Right before serving, add the 50 cl of Prosecco.
Tips and tricks:
- The drink can be served right away, but for a more intense taste, let the mixture with the fruit marinate for one day.
- The Prosecco should only be added before serving to not lose the bubbles during the one day period of marinating.
